A bespoke wardrobe or armoire would be an elegant addition to any room. Matt Belfrage collaborates  with the client to design and build a unique piece, working in a variety of timbers, from English oak to cherry. The English oaks used in our furniture are generally large trees that have grown on open farmland in Dorset. The timber has developed character over a century or more, with attractive pips, burrs and rays. A large tree yields large, stable planks.
